Nvidia May Invest Up to $10 Billion in Anthropic's $2.3 Trillion IPO

NVIDIA is reportedly in talks to commit up to $10 billion as an anchor investor in Anthropic’s initial public offering, a move that could value the AI lab at as much as $2.3 trillion, potentially making it the largest market listing in history. The Reuters report says the IPO is targeted to be priced before the U.S. midterm elections in November 2026, with Anthropic seeking to raise as much as $100 billion. NVIDIA has disclosed it has already invested nearly $50 billion in Frontier AI Labs and says it expects strong free cash flow. NVIDIA shares closed at $218.29 on Sept. 11, 2026.
