Robinhood announced “Robinhood Agents” on Tuesday (Sept. 29) at its HOOD Summit 2026 in Houston, positioning the tools as AI assistants that can help customers build strategies, do research, or place trades automatically. The company said the launch is designed with “safety and security” at the core, and follows its May rollout of agentic trading that lets customers connect third-party agents to Robinhood. Since then, Robinhood reported that more than 15,000 users opened agentic trading accounts and that the agents used Robinhood tools nearly 30 million times per day.
