Sask. RCMP seek man in possible armed kidnapping near Loon Lake

Saskatchewan RCMP are seeking Kevin Ross Watt, 31, in connection with the disappearance of 30-year-old Nikita Sim near Loon Lake, in a case involving a charge of kidnapping with a firearm. Police say Sim was taken from a home near Makwa Lake at 12:45 a.m. CST on Monday, and investigators have not located her. Watt is described as 5-foot-11 and 198 pounds, with blue eyes and short brown hair. RCMP believe he may be driving a grey 2009 Chevrolet Impala with damage to the windshield and front bumper, bearing Saskatchewan licence plate 402 NRJ, and they do not know which direction he is traveling. Watt reportedly frequents Loon Lake, Lloydminster, St. Walburg, and Maidstone. The Battleford RCMP serious crime unit is investigating and will alert the public if there is a safety threat.
