Silent Partner AI Secures Strategic Growth Investment from NYO Capital
Silent Partner AI, the company behind Contactter.ai, announced a strategic growth investment from NYO Capital, a growth equity firm focused on bootstrapped, founder-led software companies. The funding backs Contactter.ai’s all-in-one AI communication platform for automotive dealerships as it scales a single-platform, no-contract model across North America. The company says dealerships often rely on multiple disconnected vendors—email, texting, chat, reputation, video, and voice—each billed separately, with systems that don’t transfer leads cleanly. Contactter consolidates email, SMS, web chat, reputation, video, WhatsApp and AI voice across sales, service and parts into one platform and one customer profile at one price, with no long-term contract. The release cites performance results: average email open rates of 78% versus 30–40% typical on shared-IP CRM email, and an example where its AI voice agent booked 902 service appointments in five months at a Bellingham dealership. Silent Partner AI integrates with CRMs and DMS platforms including VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK, eLead, Tekion and Reynolds & Reynolds. The announcement is dated June 23, 2026.
