SPHERE AX Partners with U.S. AI Semiconductor Company Blaize at the National Assembly
SPHERE AX expands Korea–U.S. Physical AI cooperation by partnering with Blaize at the National Assembly in Seoul. On June 24, the company, led by CEO Yunha Park, signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Blaize Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: BZAI, Nasdaq: BZAIW), a global AI semiconductor firm based in El Dorado Hills, California. The signing took place before a Policy Roundtable on Korea–U.S. Physical AI cooperation and building an AI industry innovation ecosystem. The two sides plan joint development and commercialization of AI semiconductor-based products, targeting sectors such as smart cities, smart factories, industrial safety, security, robotics, and mobility. They aim to combine Blaize’s physical-AI optimized semiconductor technology with SPHERE AX’s software expertise, including vision AI. The cooperation also seeks a Korea-based AI product pathway and a local AI semiconductor development and production system.
