Pavel Bushuyeu, a PhD student at the University of Hawaii, says university compute access is limited and pay-by-the-hour services can be hard to use due to privacy and cost constraints. B3IQ lets customers pay 30% down, with the rest spread over five years, including a frontier-level Nvidia H200 rig starting at $54,516. Owning dedicated hardware can help researchers comply with health laws like HIPAA. B3IQ also offers in-house hosting in Oregon.
