T-mobile customers will have to pay monthly fee for iOS 27 feature

Apple rolled out iOS 27 on Sept. 14, but T-Mobile customers may face an extra monthly cost to use one of the new iPhone features. According to MacRumors, T-Mobile charges $5 per month if subscribers want iOS 27’s iPhone Handoff. Apple describes iPhone Handoff as a way to use one number across two compatible devices, with the limitation that the number (and Ditto for IDs, corporate badges, and some transit passes) can be used on only one device at a time. Payment cards and car keys stored in Apple Wallet are available on both devices.
