Texas Tech fans found Colorado playbook at hotel bar. Yes, it's real!

Colorado dropped to 2–3 after a 29–7 loss to Texas Tech on Saturday, and the game triggered an off-field controversy for Buffaloes fans. Fox Sports’ Geoff Schwartz reported that Texas Tech fans found Colorado’s playbook in a team hotel bar before the matchup; Schwartz said it appeared authentic. A side-by-side comparison of Colorado plays from the game with the leaked script suggested it matched, including the first six plays of the first half and opening plays of the second half. Colorado’s first drive produced its only points—75 yards on nine plays, ending with an Isaac Wilson pass to Joseph Williams—while the rest of the script didn’t translate well. Colorado plays again in two weeks vs. ranked Utah after a bye; Texas Tech returns Oct. 17 vs. Arizona State.
