Tricentis acquires Tabnine to boost AI quality context
Tricentis said it has acquired Tabnine to add Tabnine’s Enterprise Context Engine to its Agentic Quality Engineering Platform. The company’s goal is to give Tricentis’s AI testing and quality agents a wider understanding of the software environments used by large organizations. Tricentis argues that enterprise AI systems can struggle because crucial information is scattered across codebases, documentation, support tickets, APIs and infrastructure records. Tabnine’s engine is designed to build and continuously update a model of an organization’s software estate, producing a structured knowledge graph of systems, dependencies and relationships. Tricentis says the combined offering can improve AI accuracy by up to 2x, reduce token consumption up to 80%, and speed up complex task resolution by up to 50%, with deployment options including on premises, private virtual private cloud and air-gapped environments.
