What's Happening: Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular

Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular: The Great Pun-Kin Trail is back at Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island, running through Nov. 1. The event returns with an all-new trail featuring clever, hand-carved pumpkin displays built around the art of the pun, with thousands of carved gourds tied to pop-culture references and wordplay. The zoo says visitors can walk through more than 5,000 glowing jack-o’-lanterns that light up the grounds. As part of WPRI’s coverage, Ashley Erling previews the attraction in a video. Each weekend, she also highlights happenings across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts during the expanded “12 News This Morning.”
