The ArkLaTex region is set for a busy weekend of events from Friday, June 26 through Sunday, June 28, according to local listings. In Shreveport, High Gravity Glassworks will host two-person 2 Hour Glassblowing Classes on Friday, June 26, priced at $350, where participants learn core techniques under guidance. Also on Friday, a PRIDE TOUR is scheduled for 1:30 PM at a public, free-to-attend experience with registration required. For community activities, Keep Bossier Beautiful will run an America 250 Time Capsule ceremony and a Family Fun Day at South Bossier Park Vickie Roberson Theater Camp, also free to attend. Saturday, June 27 marks the first Texarkana Air Show in over 30 years at Texarkana Regional Airport, highlighting aerobatics, formation flying, and military flyovers. The Shreveport Farmers Market runs on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for 13 weeks each summer.
