Yeastar Recognizes AI, Technical Innovation and Customer Success at Yeahs Awards 2026

Yeastar announced the winners of the Yeahs Awards 2026, highlighting partners for business growth, technical innovation and customer success across its unified communications (UC) ecosystem. The company said its AI-powered, open UC platforms enable partners to automate UC migrations, improve customer service and add quality assurance using API-driven solutions. Among the named winners, France’s Rezzo Telecom expanded its cloud footprint eightfold after migrating from Vodia to Yeastar. UK-based Vela Networks reduced UC migration timelines from days to minutes. Italy’s Telex combined voice, messaging, workflows and AI in Konversa using Gemini and OpenAI models to automate up to 70% of first-level inquiries. The awards also recognized improvements in call handling, QA effort and transcription. The event was announced Oct. 29, 2026.
