Influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in Miami following new allegations brought by UK authorities, according to the Crown Prosecution Service. The CPS said British prosecutors brought 38 additional charges, and the US Marshal Service arrested the brothers on Saturday. The CPS stated it is requesting extradition so they can face a total of 59 charges in Britain. Andrew, 39, faces seven additional rape counts and three counts related to organizing or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, alongside allegations including indecent images of a child. Tristan, 38, faces two rape counts and three sex-trafficking counts. The CPS said the new charges raise the alleged number of victims to seven. The case relates to alleged conduct between July 2010 and August 2017, and involves dual British and American nationals born in the U.S. who grew up largely in Luton, Bedfordshire.
