Bridgepoint leads €200 mln fundraising in French HR tech firm Skello, source says

Bridgepoint is reported to be leading a €200 million funding round for Skello, a French AI-powered HR management software company, with the deal expected to give the investment firm a majority stake position as lead minority shareholder. The round totals €200 million ($229 million) and Bridgepoint’s contribution would be made via Bridgepoint Development Capital V, a lower-middle-market fund also used by the firm to reinvest in Brevo in November 2025, according to a source close to the matter. The announcement is linked to a Paris report dated July 5 by Reuters. Skello did not immediately comment, and Reuters provided the exchange rate of $1 = 0.8735 euro.
