Fena.ba | FBiH Supreme Court confirms indictment against Vojin Mijatović and four others

On September 15 in Sarajevo, the Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for corruption, organized and inter-cantonal crime confirmed an indictment in a case involving allegations tied to abuse of office or authority. The court confirmed charges against Vojin Mijatović, Nevze Sefo, Adis Fajić, Bojan Lazić and Harun Mlivo. The indictment also targets the legal entity “38X Ventures” Sarajevo. Authorities allege that the defendants, as co-perpetrators, committed the offense of Abuse of Office or Authority, and that the company is suspected of the same wrongdoing.
