Hazard-Perry eliminates Corbin in 10U Softball Tournament

Hazard-Perry advanced in the 10U Softball All-Star Tournament by eliminating Corbin in the Loser’s Bracket Second Round on Tuesday at South Laurel Little League in London. The teams were close early, with Corbin trailing 10-5 after three innings, but Hazard-Perry scored eight runs in the fifth to take control and win 18-8. Corbin kept pressing throughout the game. At the plate, Rilyn Davidson led with a 3-for-3 performance including a triple, three RBI, and two runs scored. Kinslee Nelson added two hits and scored three times, while Bristol Williamson doubled and drove in one run. Additional RBIs came from Tannah Couch and Sophia Bowlin, and Layla Kleinman added a hit.
