A heat wave across Arkansas is keeping the outdoors largely miserable, with the state seeing 26 days above 100 degrees so far this year, including 20 consecutive days in the 100s. The prolonged sunshine has also affected autumn plans, including the statewide archery-only bucks season from Saturday through Monday.
