Inside Thierry Henry's $25M NYC penthouse

Thierry Henry is listing his Manhattan SoHo penthouse for $25 million, after buying it in 2010 for $14.85 million. The five-bedroom home at 39 Crosby Street had been viewed during Henry’s move toward the New York Red Bulls, when he and his wife, Andrea Rajacic, quickly purchased it after a private walkthrough. They previously tried to sell in early 2025 for $26.75 million, but decided to stay in New York longer. Henry, who now lives full-time in London, said leaving was difficult because they still love the city. The roughly 6,086 sq ft penthouse has been renovated multiple times, including merging it with the unit below and adding a rooftop pergola, barbecue area, and views of the Williamsburg and Brooklyn Bridges.
