Kiss praises Wallabies' composure after wild Test finish

Australia head coach Les Kiss says the Wallabies showed “calmness” after finishing a chaotic one-off Test against World Cup champions South Africa in Perth. After leading 42-17 midway through the second half, Australia were reduced to 11 players when skipper Harry Wilson, Ryan Lonergan, Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii and Hunter Paisami were sent to the sin bin following a string of yellow cards. South Africa responded with three tries to close to within a late opportunity at the death, but Australia held on to win 42-38 and keep Kiss unbeaten in his fifth match since replacing Joe Schmidt in July. Optus Stadium hosted more than 54,000 fans. Kiss highlighted Suaalii’s wing debut and praised his clarity in tough moments.
