Lunaz Is Doubling Silverstone Shifts, US Buyers Bought Every Slot

Lunaz says it has filled every US production slot for its Range Rover Classic and Aston Martin commissions, prompting a second production shift at its Silverstone base. The British restomod specialist will add roughly 40 new jobs over the next two years, covering work across design, coachbuilding, engine development and electrification. The company says the US launch, which it entered earlier in 2026, has quickly become its biggest international growth engine and has outpaced the capacity of its 65,000-square-foot facility near the circuit. Lunaz caps its current Range Rover Classic run at 25 vehicles for factory-capacity reasons, with 2027 builds already held by US buyers. Each commission starts from a bare-metal donor Range Rover Classic and can use Lunaz’s electric powertrain or a modern LS3 V8, both rated above 350 hp, plus fully bespoke interiors.
