Man who stopped Oregon shooter has 2 daughters at the school, his mom says

A Bend, Oregon mother says Kaylub Giamanco, the man who stopped Thursday’s elementary school shooting by going into Silver Rail Elementary School and shooting the teenage gunman, has two daughters at the school. Police say three students and a teacher were killed, and a fourth student plus another teacher were critically injured. Gov. Tina Kotek praised the community member for following the gunman inside as officers arrived, saying the actions likely saved lives. Police have not identified who shot the gunman or the shooter. The 16-year-old suspect was found dead inside minutes after reports began, after police said he shot through locked doors. Authorities say the gun was a pump-action shotgun bought by his mother.
