Mark Your Calendar: 250th Anniversary Events In Calvert County Are Here!
Calvert County will join nationwide observances marking the United States' 250th anniversary with a yearlong program in 2026. The county outlines commemorative events, educational programs and community initiatives that celebrate life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness while highlighting Marylanders’ contributions to the nation’s history and future. Highlights include Step into the Past: The Louis Goldstein Office, scheduled Saturdays and Sundays in 2026 at 11 a.m. at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum Visitor Center, 10515 Mackall Road, St. Leonard. The event offers an interactive tour of Goldstein’s recreated Annapolis office and decades of Maryland history.
