Go Greek, in operation since 2012, offers a rotating six-flavor lineup and more than 20 toppings, plus smoothies, with imported ingredients cited as contributing to a creamy texture.
Mimi’s emphasizes atmosphere and a wide range of toppings in a self-serve format. Culture makes its yogurt from scratch in-house with Hudson Valley milk, without additives, and has built a loyal customer base over more than a decade. Newer spots like Madison Fare show pistachio and other trending flavors, while Myka’s lines can stretch down the block and Birdie’s combines frozen yogurt with a candy-shop experience and a generous toppings setup.
