Packers edge rusher Micah Parsons likely to open training camp on PUP list
The Packers' health outlook centers on Micah Parsons, who is expected to open training camp on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. LaFleur said Parsons is still rehabbing a torn ACL from Week 15 against the Broncos and is not with the team yet, adding, 'Micah is doing great. He'll be back here shortly.' He also offered optimism about tight end Tucker Kraft, on track to return from a torn ACL suffered in Week 9 against the Panthers, with a hoped-for return by training camp or early in camp. Zach Tom partially tore his patellar tendon in the loss to Denver and underwent offseason surgery; he attended OTAs but did not participate. Darian Kinnard started at right tackle, with Jordan Morgan, Aaron Banks, Sean Rhyan and Anthony Belton sharing starting-line responsibilities. 'Zach is making progress,' LaFleur said, but he isn't expected back until training camp. The team canceled a post-practice availability session, and LaFleur declined comment on running back Josh Jacobs' legal situation. The update underscores Green Bay's focus on camp readiness amid ongoing injuries.
