The Washington Post reported it interviewed Preston Harp, described as the estranged brother of Natalie Harp, a top aide to President Trump, amid renewed media attention around Natalie Harp. The article recounts photos and other displays allegedly tied to Preston Harp’s interests in Nicaragua and Sandinista-related symbols, including a hat and a flag of the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN), plus books and a certificate linked to a Sandinista-affiliated group. The Post said Preston Harp did not respond to requests for comment, and it confirmed his residency in Nicaragua and the authenticity of his Facebook account via two Nicaraguan friends. In an earlier CNN interview, Preston Harp criticized his sister’s relationship, calling it “sad.”
