Oregon high school football: 300 top players to know for 2026 season (Nos. 20-1)

The Oregonian/OregonLive continues its countdown of 300 players to watch for the Oregon high school football 2026 season, with Part 15 covering Nos. 20 through 1. Text is by René Ferrán. Among the featured standouts, Central Catholic senior WR Talon Sosky, listed at 6-foot-4, 210 pounds, transferred from Ridgefield and finished with 25 catches for 336 yards and five touchdowns before committing to Nevada in June. Wilsonville senior WR/S Ben Wiepert, 6-foot-3, 205 pounds, posted 137 tackles, three forced fumbles and 23 receptions for 411 yards and three TDs, and committed to New Mexico in June. The list also includes Central Catholic junior OL/DL PJ Tautu and Vale junior QB/DB Cal Johnson, plus Mountain View senior two-way RB/DB Ryder Carpenter.
