Truck Festival hailed as 'biggest and best yet' as 27,500 attend

Truck Festival was hailed as the “biggest and best yet” after organizers reported a sell-out turnout of 27,500 attendees over four days at Steventon. The event ran from Thursday, July 23 to Sunday, July 26, drawing fans to Hill Farm during what organizers described as an especially positive atmosphere. Headliners included The Maccabees, Two Door Cinema Club, The Wombats, The Libertines and CMAT, alongside additional programming that featured the Oxford Symphony Orchestra and other “breakthrough” moments, according to organizers. Organizers said the weekend’s experience captured what they wanted from Truck Festival, and indicated plans to welcome attendees back in 2027. Marketed as “the UK’s most warped village fête,” the festival targets a broad indie, pop and alternative crowd, including families.
