Air Canada to Launch Nonstop Louisville-Toronto Flights in April 2027
Air Canada will begin seasonal nonstop service between Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on April 28, 2027. The route will operate through the end of October, with four flights per week initially and daily service from June through September, marking SDF’s first scheduled international jet service on a major carrier. Louisville Regional Airport Authority expects the new connection to support business and tourism, giving Louisville-area travelers one-stop access to 19 Canadian cities and improved links to Europe and Asia via Toronto. The service will use a 76-seat CRJ-900 with business-class and economy seating, Wi-Fi, and in-seat power. Tickets go on sale through AirCanada.com and the Air Canada app, with flights expected to benefit both local companies and visitors to Louisville.
