Aviation Museum to spotlight 1910 Aero Meet

The Aviation Museum of New Hampshire will host an event on Thursday, Sept. 24 in Londonderry featuring author Wayne G. Miller, who will discuss the 1910 Harvard-Boston Aero Meet—described as the first international air show of its kind in the U.S. The talk begins at 7 p.m. at the museum on 27 Navigator Road. Admission costs $10, while museum members enter free, and Miller’s book will be available for $20. The coverage also lists a statewide New Hampshire Youth Waterfowl Hunting Weekend on Sept. 26-27 for hunters age 15 or younger, plus several September programs and activities at the Vic Geary Senior Drop-In Center in Plaistow, including a flu and pneumonia vaccine clinic requiring appointments.
