Delta Air Lines expands Orlando to Austin service with third daily flight
Delta Air Lines will add a third daily flight from Orlando International to Austin, Texas, beginning Oct. 6, expanding its Florida-to-Texas network. The carrier is also launching a Cancun service, broadening its route options from Central Florida. The Orlando-to-Austin addition gives travelers a direct link to the Live Music Capital of the World and increases options for fall and winter travel.
The expanded Austin-Orlando service will operate twice daily during peak winter travel, with morning and afternoon departures expected for Austin customers. The new schedule complements Delta’s existing Austin-Orlando flights and aims to ease trips for Central Florida residents seeking business, leisure, or festival-related travel in Austin.
Starting Oct. 6, the third daily Orlando–Austin flight will join current services, while the Cancun route adds a new destination for travelers in the region. Delta did not disclose prices for the new service, but the expanded schedule is designed to boost capacity and convenience during the winter season.
