Donnie Wahlberg says he survived plane skidding incident

Donnie Wahlberg spoke out after describing a failed takeoff from a Las Vegas airport, saying he and others were “all OK.” In an Instagram video posted Sunday, the New Kids on the Block singer and actor said their plane did not get airborne and “ran out of runway.” The Harry Reid International Airport said a general aviation aircraft skidded off runway 1L and struck the airport’s perimeter fence, with no known injuries reported. The airport also warned that runways 1R and 1L would be closed for inspection and that delays were possible. The FAA confirmed it is investigating and that eight people were aboard a Dassault Falcon 50 scheduled for Toronto Pearson Airport, and said both runways reopened later the same day.
