Dozens of aircraft on display, perform at Pikes Peak Regional Airshow in Colorado Springs

Pikes Peak Regional Airshow returns this weekend as Colorado Springs’ largest airshow, filling the skies and ground with performer aircraft, static displays and an interactive kids zone. The event runs Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the U.S. Army’s A/DACG facility (7330 Embraer Heights), hosted by the National Museum of WWII Aviation and the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation. Organizers list 22 performer aircraft, 17 exhibitor aircraft and eight vehicles. Tickets range from $55.41 to $86.26, with discounts for children ages 4–12, military IDs, and a $165.60 sunrise photo experience. Highlights include first-time appearances by WPP Legacy Warbirds and the Air Force Academy Wings of Blue parachute team, carried by a vintage C-47.
