EasyJet Adds 18 Routes For Summer 2027 | Aviation Week

EasyJet will add 18 routes from 10 UK airports during summer 2027, expanding its leisure network as Apollo’s proposed £5.7 billion ($7.6 billion) acquisition of the airline moves toward an expected completion in 2027. At peak, the new services will deliver 35 weekly outbound frequencies to 16 destinations across Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Montenegro and Spain. Spain accounts for six additions, including the LCC’s first UK flights to Girona: Liverpool–Girona starts March 28 (2X weekly) and London Gatwick–Girona begins June 3 (3X weekly). EasyJet is also basing a fourth Airbus A320neo at London Southend from summer 2027, supporting about 400 jobs and targeting passenger traffic above 1 million in 2027.
