xCruzo Brief

Embraer says its Phenom 300EV light jet has received “triple certification” from the FAA, EASA and Brazil’s ANAC. The approval covers performance and interior upgrades, plus the aircraft’s Garmin Emergency Autoland. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2028. Embraer announced the EV in July, with a list price of $13.995 million, where “EV” stands for Evolution. The company says the Phenom 300EV is the first light jet certified with Garmin Emergency Autoland, allowing an automated landing at the push of a button if a pilot becomes incapacitated. The upgrade also includes a Garmin G3000 Prodigy Touch flight deck, new cabin connectivity options including Gogo Galileo and an optional Starlink via a STC.
