Since 2023, Little St. James and Great St. James were sold in May 2023 for $60 million to Stephen Deckoff, with plans for a 2025 resort opening and little construction as of early 2026. Maxwell's 2021 conviction and subsequent appeals were upheld in 2025, with the Supreme Court declining to hear her case.
