God, What?'" - Serena Williams' Coach Can't Believe What Jessica Pegula Went Through With United Airlines

Jessica Pegula’s trip to California for the WTA Finals turned into a public flare-up after United Airlines’ handling of her flight went wrong, prompting comments from Rennae Stubbs, Serena Williams’ coach. Pegula posted Monday that the airline initially canceled the flight and told passengers to collect baggage, then reversed course and departed with bags still on board. She said the group sat on the aircraft for more than two hours in heavy rain while others returned to the gate, and baggage services were unprepared. Stubbs reacted in disbelief. Pegula’s WTA Finals start is Nov. 8 at Indian Wells after her Wuhan Open run.
