Guilfoyle told Greek businessman 'I'm going to make you a lot of f -- ing money': Report
The Trump administration is reportedly weighing whether to remove newly appointed U.S. ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle amid fresh allegations that wealthy Greek businessmen paid for luxury travel while she used her diplomatic role to lobby for their business interests. The Wall Street Journal reports senior officials are discussing Guilfoyle’s future, with a decision expected soon. During the World Economic Forum in Davos in January, the Journal says Guilfoyle boasted about her connections to the businessmen and urged an American guest to accept her help, including a reported promise to “make you a lot of money.” The State Department inspector general is also investigating potential gift or favor acceptance, and a spokesperson previously defended that she followed ethics rules.
