Hiring new cabin crew at Stansted Airport as flight schedule expands

Jet2 is recruiting additional cabin crew at London Stansted Airport as it expands its summer 2027 flight programme to meet rising demand. The airline has advertised full-time, fixed-term roles running until November 2027. The hiring drive follows the addition of eight new destinations for summer 2027, bringing Jet2’s total to 55 routes and more than 2.4 million seats. The job advert specifies that no previous cabin crew experience is required, but candidates must hold a valid UK or EU passport, provide a complete five-year employment or education history, and pass pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks. Jet2 also requires applicants to meet medical and mobility requirements and be available for a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Benefits include an on-target earnings package above £35,200, a paid four-week CAA-approved training course, and 37 days of annual leave pro rata.
