Delta Air Lines is set to launch an ultra-long-haul route between Atlanta and Riyadh in just two months, marking Oct. 23 as the start date. Flights will operate from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to King Khalid International Airport (RUH) using the 275-seat Airbus A350-900. The schedule begins with daily service from Oct. 23 to Oct. 30, then shifts to three times weekly. Both directions run overnight, with ATL–RUH departing 11:50 PM and arriving 7:45 PM (+1), and RUH–ATL departing 11:30 PM and arriving 7:37 AM (+1). Delta had previously faced weak early demand and priced with promotions.
