Jets, Packers tied 7-7 at halftime

After 30 minutes at a wet MetLife Stadium, the Jets and Packers were tied 7-7 at halftime in a game with limited offensive momentum. Neither team scored or advanced past midfield in the first quarter. The second quarter produced the only touchdowns of the half: a Packers punt gave New York another chance before time expired, leaving the Jets near midfield with the game level. Green Bay’s score came on a screen pass to running back MarShawn Lloyd, and the Jets responded on the following drive with a 6-yard run by Braelon Allen. Jordan Love was 7-of-12 for 47 yards, while Geno Smith was 14-of-23 for 102 yards.
