Jewellery company with 4 online brands enters administration after 19 years

Roxoa, a UK-based jewellery company founded in 2007, has entered administration along with its four online brands after nearly 20 years in business. The company operates QP Jewellers, Gold Boutique, Ruby & Oscar and Bail & Stone, selling gold, platinum, sterling silver, gemstones and diamonds. According to The Gazette, Iain Nairn and Sean Williams from Leonard Curtis were appointed joint administrators on August 20. At the time of writing, all five websites—Roxoa and the four brand sites—were still operational. Roxoa was contacted for comment. The case is part of a broader 2026 downturn affecting UK retail and hospitality.
