She said the disruption had been going on for three hours and was occurring while her two children tried to sleep. The clip, running 11 seconds, captured the noise but did not show whether cabin crew intervened. Many commenters sided with the other passengers, saying she should have known Barcelona’s “Off Week,” an annual electronic music festival.
