Passengers of the flight from Gyumri will fly from Makhachkala to Moscow on a backup aircraft.
Passengers on the flight from Gyumri to Moscow that made an unplanned landing in Makhachkala will continue to Moscow using a backup aircraft. Pobeda’s press service said the departure is scheduled for 16:00 Moscow time (17:00 Yerevan time), with passengers moved to the terminal, undergoing passport control, and receiving their luggage according to standard procedures. The Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia previously reported the aircraft would resume its flight later. The Russian Investigative Committee attributed the emergency landing to a malfunction of the pressure sensor, which led to the decision to divert to Makhachkala airport. Pobeda reported that 186 people were on board. The flight plan then proceeds from Makhachkala to Moscow after the delay.
