Qantas just dropped double points and status credits - here is how to maximise the deal

Qantas has launched a time-limited offer giving frequent flyers a choice of either double status credits or double points. From registration on the Qantas App until Wednesday, 2 September, travellers on eligible bookings can earn the boosted benefit on flights for travel between 3 September 2026 and 14 August 2027. The promotion applies to Qantas frequent flyers travelling to more than 100 international destinations. Double points can also be stacked on Qantas Hotel or Holiday bookings.
