Ryanair passenger shares 'secret' business class row many don't know about
Ryanair faced confusion online after a passenger claimed to have found a “secret business class” seat row with extra features. In a video shared by the traveler, she said that row 29 is the only Ryanair seat area with its own plug socket, plugging her charger into what appeared to be a power point behind her tray. The airline allowed the joke to run, while commenters questioned the claim, suggesting the socket looked more like a sticker. Viewers also posted a response video editing a fountain into the image, implying a satirical “premium” upgrade rather than real amenities. The report notes Ryanair does not install plug sockets or charging facilities like USB ports on its strictly budget-configured fleet, advising passengers to charge devices before boarding. It also references cabin limits for power banks and spare lithium batteries, capped at 100Wh.
