Textron Appoints Brian Rohloff President and CEO of Textron Aviation

Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) has named Brian Rohloff president and CEO of its Textron Aviation segment, effective August 31, 2026. Rohloff will succeed Ron Draper, who plans to retire after more than 27 years at Textron, including the past eight years leading Textron Aviation. Textron’s CEO Lisa Atherton said Rohloff brings a deep understanding of the business, products, customers, and the industry, citing his 29-year career within Textron Aviation and leadership roles across functions. Most recently, Rohloff served as senior vice president, Customer Support, and earlier held roles in quality and sales, including as senior product director for the Citation XLS+ and Citation X, and director of Paint Operations. Atherton thanked Draper for strengthening the company’s position, expanding its product portfolio, and focusing on pride, quality, and safety.
