These Sleep Headphones Are My Best Redeye Flight Hack. They Just Got a Nifty Upgrade - CNET
Anker used IFA Berlin to unveil upgrades to its sleep-focused earbuds after users highlighted the Soundcore Sleep A30 as a way to cut cabin noise on overnight long-haul flights. The new lineup includes the Sleep Earbuds 4 and Sleep Earbuds 4 Pro. Anker says the models are smaller, refining the 3D ergonomic design for easier sleeping. The Pro version adds a touchscreen case that lets users set alarms, play relaxing sounds, and check insights without touching a phone. A key differentiator is Anker’s “track-assess-adjustment system,” using built-in sensors to measure factors including PPG, heart rate, and HRV to tailor audio for better sleep. Earbuds 4 arrives in October; the Pro follows in November, with pricing not yet announced. Anker also announced sleep ecosystem speaker products and additional new AI audio devices.
