Trump presses Zelensky to 'settle with Putin' as 10 die in latest air strikes

Russian attacks killed four people across Ukraine while Ukraine continued using long-range drones against Russian oil refineries and industrial targets, officials reported Saturday. The renewed aerial pressure came as U.S. President Donald Trump said he hoped Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy would “settle” with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelenskyy wrote that Russia was escalating daily and listed strikes on residential homes in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia, plus the Odesa, Sumy and Kharkiv regions. Two women died in Zaporizhzhia after being trapped under rubble, and a separate strike in Sumy killed two. Kyiv area drone strikes injured four people and damaged homes and offices, while Russia said an attack harmed a data center supporting mobile internet services and Starlink. Trump referenced his UN General Assembly meeting with Zelenskyy.
