United Airlines Launches 12 New Nonstop Routes From This Major Hub: See Full List Now

United Airlines is adding four domestic nonstop routes from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) for the 2026–2027 schedule period, expanding a network where it holds a 74% share of IAD flights. The hubs context matters: Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) limits IAD’s growth, while United is even more dominant at Houston Intercontinental with 81% of services. At IAD, United also operates fewer seats per flight—124—than any other hub except Chicago O’Hare (120). The new routes include Lynchburg, Virginia (starting March 24, 2026), Orange County, California (April 11, 2026), Clarksburg, West Virginia (April 14, 2026), and Owensboro, Kentucky (October 13, 2026).
