United Airlines Plans 11 Nonstop Summer Asia Routes From West Coast Hub: Full List Now
United Airlines will launch 11 nonstop transpacific routes from its San Francisco (SFO) hub to eastern Asia next summer, highlighted by a new service to Okinawa starting March 27, 2027. United will become the only U.S. carrier to operate nonstop flights to Okinawa when the route begins, with departures from SFO on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The flights will run three times a week using the Boeing 777-200ER and will carry passengers to Okinawa after crossing the International Date Line. Based on Cirium data, the rest of the Asia network includes daily service to major cities such as Hong Kong, Manila, Seoul Incheon, Singapore and Taipei, plus additional daily destinations like Beijing, Shanghai, Osaka and both Tokyo Haneda and Narita, with continued onward connections to Kaohsiung from the latter route.
